"I would not recommend this State Farm office.

My homeowners insurance lapsed even though I submitted everything that was requested before the policy expired. If the mortgage company never received the documents, then someone from State Farm should have followed up, verified receipt, and made sure this was handled before the deadline.

That did not happen.

Because of this, my mortgage company placed me into a $4,900 policy with worse coverage, and I was the one stuck paying the price.

I have since switched to a local agent who is helping me get better coverage at a much better rate. Based on my experience, I would avoid this office."
